If unforeseen circumstances make you run a few minutes late, inform us. Approval and availability apply. Tardiness is zero-tolerated as it disrupts schedules and compromises safety. Be punctual for the best experience. Your commitment and dedication are valued.

What to Wear

Wear well-fitted clothes that are comfortable and allow for full range of motion. We recommend wearing something that covers both your armpits and legs, as this helps to minimize fabric burn. We do not permit any clothing with zippers, velcro, or metal elements, such as jeans and jackets as these items can damage the apparatus and cause danger to yourself and others. Please do not wear loose clothing either, as it can get caught in the fabric and rip.

Please remove all jewelry before attending class. This includes - wedding rings, dangling earrings, necklaces and watches or Fitbits.
