Welcome to GravityWorks Circus! We are thrilled to have you as a part of our circus theater community.

To ensure a safe, enjoyable, and inclusive environment for everyone, we have established the following policies:

  • a. Safety is our top priority. Participants must follow all safety guidelines and instructions provided by our experienced instructors and staff.

    b. Only trained personnel are permitted to operate circus equipment. Unauthorized use of aerial apparatus or other circus equipment is strictly prohibited.

    c. Participants must be in good physical health and free from any medical conditions that could pose a risk during circus activities. If you have any health concerns, consult a medical professional before participating.

  • a. We promote a respectful and inclusive community. Any form of discrimination, harassment, or bullying will not be tolerated.

    b. Participants are expected to treat each other, staff, and instructors with kindness and respect.

    c. Foul language, offensive behavior, or disruptive actions are not permitted during classes, rehearsals, or performances.

  • a. Participants must complete the registration process before attending any classes or workshops.

    b. Tuition fees must be paid in full or according to the specified payment plan before the start of the session or class.

    c. All fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the Company cancels a class or workshop.

  • a. Regular attendance is essential for skill development and the progress of the group. Please arrive on time for all scheduled classes and rehearsals.

    b. If you are unable to attend a class or rehearsal, please inform the Company in advance.

    c. We please ask parents of students to wait in the lobby and not watch the class because it can be a disruption and distraction.

  • a. Participants must wear appropriate attire that allows for movement during classes and performances. Tight-fitting, non-restrictive clothing is recommended.

    b. Long hair must be tied back, and all jewelry and accessories should be removed before aerial class.

  • a. Photography and video recording during classes, rehearsals, and performances are generally not allowed unless permitted by an instructor. Be mindful of others' privacy and ask for permission when capturing individual shots.

    b. GravityWorks Circus reserves the right to use photos and videos taken during our activities for promotional purposes.

  • a. We strive to maintain a clean and safe training environment. Please clean up after yourself and dispose of any trash properly.

    b. Report any safety hazards or maintenance issues to the staff immediately.

    c. The wooden floors in the studio are old and fragile, please remove shoes before stepping inside as to not damage it.

  • a. Stay updated with important announcements and information by checking your emails, the website, or official social media channels.

    b. If you have any questions, concerns, or feedback, feel free to contact our team through the provided communication channels.
